DigiKits sells digital files delivered instantly, so all sales are final, except when:

• The file is corrupted and we can't send a working copy within 3 working days.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The product is materially different from its description.

How to ask

Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
